Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period and is not charged again.

Renewals

We email a reminder before each annual renewal. Widget licenses keep working for a 3-day grace period if a renewal payment fails.

How to request a refund

Open your dashboard → Report a problem (category: Billing), or email office@fulldigitalsolutions.ro with your purchase email. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
