Data Processing Agreement

For website-license customers who embed our widgets. Incorporated into the Terms by reference.

Roles

You (the website owner) are the controller of any personal data your visitors enter into our widgets (for example a birth date, time and city for a natal chart). AstroSolutions (Full Digital Solutions) is the processor, acting only to compute the requested result.

Processing

Nature: the widgets compute the requested chart, reading or score in memory — visitor birth data is not stored. Duration: only for the duration of the request. Location: European Union. Special note: only derived, non-identifying planetary positions are sent to OpenAI for text generation; raw birth data, names and contacts are never transmitted to AI providers.

What we store

For your account: email, name, hashed password, billing records (Stripe), hashed license keys, the domains you activate, and aggregate usage counts. We do not store your visitors’ personal data.

Security

Encryption in transit (TLS), hashed credentials and license keys, role-based access, EU-only storage, daily backups, audit logging.

Subprocessors

Hostinger (EU hosting), Stripe (billing), OpenAI (derived, non-identifying data only). We will notify account owners of subprocessor changes.

Your controls

Access, export or deletion of your account data on request; breach notification without undue delay and within 72 hours of awareness.
