The short version

• Website visitors using our widgets: birth data entered into a natal calculator is processed in memory to compute the chart and is not stored. We keep no visitor names, emails or birth data.
• The AI never sees birth data. Our interpretation engine sends only derived planetary positions (e.g. “Sun in Aries at 25°”) to our AI provider — never dates, places or names.
• EU hosting. All computation and storage happens on servers in the European Union.

What we store, and why

Customer accounts (you, the site owner or astrologer): email, name, hashed password, billing records (via Stripe), license keys (hashed) and usage counters — to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Retained while your account is active.

Widget end-users: when a visitor uses a tool on your site, the birth details they enter are processed only to compute their chart and are not stored. The AI only ever receives planetary positions, never personal details.

Anonymous caches: chart interpretations are cached against a one-way hash of birth inputs (no identity attached) so repeat charts are instant.

Subprocessors

Stripe (payments, EU entity), OpenAI (text generation — receives only derived planetary positions, never personal identifiers or birth data), Hostinger (EU infrastructure).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection — contact us and we respond within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).

Cookies

The marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The app uses only functional storage for your login session.
