AstroSolutions Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the AstroSolutions Affiliate Program (the "Program"). The Program is operated by Full Digital Solutions (Romania) ("AstroSolutions", "we", "us"). By applying to or participating in the Program you ("Affiliate", "you") accept this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not join the Program.

1. Overview

The Program lets you earn a commission for new paying customers you refer to AstroSolutions.

AstroSolutions sells Website Licenses (B2B) — annual, per-domain licenses for embeddable AI astrology widgets (daily horoscopes, tarot, natal charts, a transit calendar, numerology, compatibility and moon & rising) that website owners install on their own sites. These are the products you promote.

You promote AstroSolutions using your unique affiliate link; when someone you refer becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission as described below.

2. Enrollment & approval

2.1 You must apply with accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.

2.2 Participation is subject to our manual approval. We may approve or decline any application at our sole discretion, and may suspend or remove any Affiliate at any time for breach of this Agreement.

2.3 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

2.4 The Program is not open to our own customers referring themselves, nor to purchases made through your own link for your own account ("self-referral"). Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.

3. Affiliate links & attribution

3.1 On approval you receive a unique referral link (e.g. astrosolutions.app/?ref=YOURCODE).

3.2 Referrals are tracked on a last-click basis using a cookie with an attribution window of 60 days. If a referred visitor purchases within 60 days of their last click on your link, the sale is attributed to you, subject to this Agreement.

3.3 Attribution depends on the visitor's browser accepting cookies and completing checkout without an intervening referral from another affiliate. We do not guarantee that every referral will be tracked.

4. Commissions

4.1 Rate. You earn 30% of the net amount actually paid by a customer you refer (the "Qualified Sale"), excluding taxes (e.g. VAT), refunds, discounts and payment-processing fees.

4.2 Recurring term. For subscription products, the commission applies to qualifying payments made by the referred customer for up to twelve (12) months from that customer's first payment. After 12 months, no further commission accrues for that customer.

4.3 Commissions are calculated and recorded in your affiliate dashboard. Amounts are denominated in euro (EUR).

5. Pending period, clearing & voiding

5.1 Pending period. Each commission is created with the status "pending" and becomes payable only after thirty (30) days from the date of the corresponding sale. This period covers refunds, our money-back guarantee, cancellations and chargebacks.

5.2 Voiding. If a referred sale is refunded, charged back, cancelled or otherwise reversed — whether during the pending period or afterwards — the related commission is voided and removed from your balance. If it was already paid, we may offset the amount against future commissions.

5.3 Only commissions that have cleared the pending period and remain valid become "approved" and count toward your payable balance.

6. Payouts

6.1 Minimum threshold. You may request a payout once your approved (payable) balance reaches at least €100.

6.2 Method. Payouts are made manually by AstroSolutions via bank transfer or another method we agree (e.g. PayPal). You are responsible for providing accurate, current payout details. We are not liable for funds sent to details you provided incorrectly.

6.3 Payout statement. For each payout we provide a payout statement itemizing the commissions paid. You are not required to issue us an invoice.

6.4 Fees & currency. Payouts are made in EUR. Bank or intermediary fees charged by your own bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

6.5 We may withhold or delay a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, breach of this Agreement, or where required by law.

7. Taxes

7.1 You participate as an independent contractor, not as an employee, partner or agent of AstroSolutions. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture or agency relationship.

7.2 You are solely responsible for determining, declaring and paying any taxes, social contributions or other levies due on the commissions you receive, in your own country and any other applicable jurisdiction. AstroSolutions does not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by law, and pays commissions gross.

7.3 You are responsible for complying with any registration or reporting obligations that may apply to you locally as a result of earning affiliate income.

8. Acceptable promotion — and what is prohibited

You agree to promote AstroSolutions honestly and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited and will void affected commissions and may result in termination:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, messages or comments.
• Bidding on our brand terms (e.g. "AstroSolutions") or close variants in paid search, or running ads that impersonate us.
• False, misleading or exaggerated claims about AstroSolutions, its features, pricing, accuracy or results.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake traffic, bots, or any attempt to manufacture or manipulate referrals.
• Self-referrals or referrals you control or are affiliated with.
• Using our trademarks, logos or content except as we expressly permit, or registering domains, social handles or app names that include our brand.
• Placing our links on sites with illegal, hateful, infringing, or adult/explicit content.
• Offering unauthorized cashback, coupons or rebates in our name.

9. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the marketing materials and brand assets we provide, solely to promote AstroSolutions under this Agreement. All intellectual property remains ours. This licence ends when your participation ends.

10. Term & termination

10.1 This Agreement starts when your application is approved and continues until terminated.

10.2 Either party may terminate at any time, for any reason, with notice (including by closing your affiliate account or by email).

10.3 On termination, valid commissions already earned and cleared will be paid in the normal course, provided you have met the minimum threshold and are not in breach. Commissions associated with any breach, fraud or prohibited conduct are forfeited.

10.4 Sections relating to taxes, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, liability and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to the Program

We may modify the Program, the commission rate, the attribution window, thresholds or this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in your dashboard and apply to sales occurring after the change takes effect. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

12.1 The Program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, traffic, conversions, or continuous availability of tracking.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or relating to the Program is limited to the total commissions payable to you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing law & disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. The courts competent for the registered seat of AstroSolutions have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

14. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the AstroSolutions Affiliate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
