AstroSolutions Affiliate Program — Privacy Policy (GDPR)

This Privacy Policy explains how we process the personal data of participants in the AstroSolutions Affiliate Program. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to affiliates.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Full Digital Solutions (Romania) ("AstroSolutions", "we"). For any privacy request, contact: office@fulldigitalsolutions.ro.
2. What data we collect
- Identity & contact data: your name, email address, and any business name or country you provide.
- Payout data: the bank account / IBAN, PayPal address or other payment details you give us, and your payout history.
- Tax-related data you choose to provide (e.g. a business/VAT number), where relevant.
- Performance data: your affiliate link and code, referral clicks, sign-ups, sales attributed to you, commissions, and payout statements.
- Communications: messages you send us and our correspondence with you.
- Technical data related to tracking (e.g. the referral cookie and associated event records).
We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
3. Why we process it, and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed, with:
- Payment providers used to pay you (e.g. your bank, PayPal, or Stripe), to execute payouts.
- Service providers / processors acting on our instructions: our EU hosting provider, and our email provider (Resend) for operational messages.
- Authorities or advisors (e.g. our accountant, or tax/legal authorities) where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Where a processor (for example a payment provider) processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is protected by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses, as required by the GDPR.
6. How long we keep it
- Account & performance data: for as long as you participate, and a reasonable period afterwards.
- Accounting and payout records: for the retention period required by applicable law (in Romania, commercial and accounting records are generally retained for several years; typically up to 10 years for certain documents).
After the applicable period we delete or anonymize the data.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; request rectification or erasure; restrict or object to processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (without affecting prior processing). Some rights are limited where we must retain data to meet legal obligations.
To exercise any right, contact office@fulldigitalsolutions.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and limited internal access to payout details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or in your affiliate dashboard, with an updated "Last updated" date.
